Complete Verification now available for drop-off at Marui Department Store
Starting July 1st, 2022 Verification products can now be dropped off at Marui Department Store, instead of express courier.
Instructions
Select delivery method to Marui Department Store in the Return Address Information and select the nearest store.
Please complete the payment on the verification order page
Please bring your items to "Torudasu" located inside OIOI department store. (No additional packaging required)
After checking in using the in-store tablet, follow the instructions of the store staff and fill out the necessary information on the shipping label (provided in-store).
Click the "Drop-off" on the order page and fill in the courier number
- The product will arrive at FAKEBUSTERS Verification Centre in 2-3 days after drop-off.
- Available to all FAKEBUSTERS members.
- Products must be dropped off one product per order number

- 660 yen (tax included) / 1 item (length 60cm x width 30cm x height 40cm or less)
- 1,320 yen (tax included) / 1 item (when the size exceeds the above size)
- Kobe Marui and Namba Marui from 770 yen (tax included)

Precautions
- For sneaker verification, please remove the insole in advance before dropping off the shoes. Check here on how to remove insoles.
- Verification will not be done on-site. The products will be sent to FAKEBUSTERS for verification and sent back to the owner's address upon completion.
- The Marui Department Store service is called " ネット通販お受取り・返品カウンター"
- Please dispose of all clutter besides the product at hand when dropping off the sneakers.
- Please ensure a device is on hand to access your FAKEBUSTERS account for check-in at the receptionist.
