Use a blowdryer to warm up the insole

Insoles that are hard to remove, requires careful removal to protect the integrity of the product. Most sneakers have a double tape, but some materials may make removal difficult.

Utilizing the warm air of the dryer that is applied throughout the surface area of the insole will allow the insole to be removed with ease. Apply the warm air for 3-5 minutes. (This suggested time will vary base on model and material)
